About Us

Adam Blunn founded ABR in 2004 and has been the principal driver behind the company's success to date. He is an industrial chemist with a Masters degree in Technology Management and has over 17 years experience as a professional chemist in production and development environments in the metals and sugar industries.

Prior to founding ABR, Adam worked in commercial laboratories as well as government laboratories and in industrial production, notably implementing a new quality system at Harwood Sugar Refinery (NSW)  to improve laboratory efficiency and product analysis, developing several commercial applications of environmental technology at Virotec Global Solutions and implementing an innovative process variation in raw sugar centrifugation to improve both recovery and process throughput. He worked as a production chemist with Electrometals Technology in the production of copper from acid mine leaching at their commercial pilot at the Young Australia mine near Mt Isa, and at their production facility in Ashmore Qld, in the manufacture of production equipment.

The board of ABR possesses a range of expertise covering research, development, and production and financial management in chemistry, chemical and mechanical engineering, and large scale commodity production.
